Lee was born in Lethbridge, and raised in the Barons and Claresholm areas. He attended the University of Lethbridge, graduating in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree (with Distinction). He then attended the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan, and graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He articled with a law firm in Saskatoon, and established his own firm there in 1988. Some of his community activities during this time were serving as Chair of the Meewasin Valley Development Appeal Board, conducting Public Legal Education seminars as well as instructing in various capacities at the secondary and post-secondary levels. He was active in his church community, and continues that involvement in Lethbridge. In June of 2004, Lee returned to Alberta with his wife and three daughters, to make Lethbridge their home. He is the fourth generation of his family to live in Lethbridge, and is grateful for the opportunity to return to his roots. His farming background, experience in law
enforcement and 18 years experience practicing law have given him an
appreciation of clients' various needs. He has practiced in a variety of areas,
but has focused on legal matters related to small business, contracts,
employment, real estate, wills and estates, as well as civil litigation and
injury claims. |
